Mythril Rod is a Staff Weapon in Final Fantasy VII Remake. Mythril Rod provides the Ray of Judgement ability, 24 Attack, 92 Magic Attack and has 3 Materia Slots. Staves are two-handed weapons that are capable of storing magical properties to inflict long-ranged attacks and can only be used by Aerith Gainsborough.

 

A rod made of mythril. Said to be a fabled mage's weapon of choice.

Where to Find Mythril Rod

Chapter 11: Haunted

  • Story Objective: Someone's There
  • Location: Train Graveyard, Old Sector 7 Station - Switchyard, section C.
  • In the train compartment, your objective is to climb up a ladder on the left side. Don't climb up the ladder first, but instead, check the next compartment of the train to find a purple chest inside of it. The weapon is in the chest.
