Magnify Materia is a Materia in Final Fantasy VII Remake. Magnify Materia extends the range of spells of the linked magic materia. Materia is a type of equipment that can be slotted into Weapons and Armor and provide Spells or Bonuses that Characters can use.

Magnify Materia Information

• To switch back to a single target, press L1 when selecting a spell.
• Magnify Materia Progression:
  • 1 Star: Expand range of linked materia (effect reduced by 60% when expanded)
  • 2 Star: Expand range of linked materia (effect reduced by 45% when expanded)
  • 3 Star: Expand range of linked materia (effect reduced by 25% when expanded)

  • Chapter 9: The Town that Never Sleeps, Beyond the Dead End: First, control the mechanical arm that's near Cloud and position it to the right side near the wooden walkway where the blue materia is. With the same arm, have Aerith hop onto it and position her to the crate so that you can jump onto it and grab the Magnify Materia.
