Secret Medicine is a Side Quests in Final Fantasy 7 Remake. Quests are various tasks that players can be obtained throughout the game by some events or various NPCs. Side Quests are optional but provide rewards when completed.

- Collect Component – Moogle's Mortar
- The Moogle’s Mortar can be bought for one Moogle Medal from Moggie at the Children’s Secret Hideout (Sector 5 Slums Center District).
- Collect Component – Medicinal Flowers
- The flowers in question are located on the ground inside the church in the very north-west corner of Sector 5. If you’ve already completed the "Chocobo Search" side quest, you can fast travel right here to save time.
- Collect Component – Behemoth Horn
- You’ll obtain the Behemoth Horn automatically when you slay the Type-0 Behemoth in the underground lab for the "Subterranean Menace" side quest.
