Mega Potion is a Consumable Item in Final Fantasy VII Remake.   • Chapter 11: Haunted : In the part of the quest named All Aboard the Graveyard, Shadow in the Control Room: the room and a Ghost will appear. Head to the south side area into another room and you'll find a chest at the side that has 2x Mega Potion.
  • Chapter 11: Haunted : In the part of the quest named Blocked Road/Clear the Way:  After the cutscene, head towards the marked objective where you'll find another train car that has a console. Before climbing up, check the right side to find another chest containing 2x Mega Potion. Activate the switch for the train to move and for another short cutscene to trigger.
  • Chapter 13: A Broken World : In the part of the quest named Checking on Friends: After passing the first mechanical arm, you'll have to squeeze through a tight gap since the path on the right is blocked. On the other side, you'll find a chest containing 1x Mega Potion that's on the left side.
  • Chapter 13: A Broken World : In the part of the quest named In Solitude: You'll find a crane at the end that Barret can shoot which drops achest containing 2x Mega Potion.

In the next room, two more Abzu Shoat will appear alongside a Sahagin.
