Jenova Dreamweaver is a Boss in Final Fantasy VII Remake. It appears shortly after the illusion of Sephiroth vanishes in a purple mist, transporting the group to what looks like an alternate dimension. The boss has two tentacles on its side which must be defeated in order to stagger the main body. A large tentacle on its rear automatically counterattacks any party member that approaches it. It casts powerful elemental spells, the "stop" debuff, and conjures smaller tentacles all throughout the room that also need to be defeated. The moves "Rejection" and "Resolution" are its strongest attacks and can be avoided by not attacking the boss for a short period of time. Defeating Jenova Dreamweaver earns you an astral cuff as loot. Once defeated, Jenova assumes her original form and is taken away once again by Sephiroth.

Strategy Writeup
The best way to deal with him is by focusing on his tentacles. Destroy one tentacle at a time and keep the pressure on him. When a character is low on health, send it away and hit it behind a pillar to heal it.
On the second stage, destroy the tentacles before dealing with the main body.
Tips:
Once its health falls below a certain level, its stagger gauge cannot be filled.

I encountered a very weird glitch so watch out. When she wraps around herself in a protective stance, I summoned Shiva on accident. Shivas final aoed all of jenova except her main body and she got stuck in this stance and would not summon more tentacles. Had to restart the fight but this time I got her.
I'm pretty sure Jenova is referred to as a "she" or Sephiroth would be calling her "father" not "mother" . Then again, not exactly us for checking the plumbing down there when trying not to be killed by an angry abomination of tentacles so eh.
