• Chapter 9: The Town that Never Sleeps in the part named To Corneo's Mansion. From the jukebox, if you go straight, and all the way at the end, you'll see a set of short stairs, at the top of it there's a chest containing 1x Celeris.
• Chapter 16: The Belly of the Beast: In the part of the quest named Operation: Save Aerith: Opposite of the bench and vending machine, there's another chest that has two vials of Celeris.
