- Objective: Find the Others
- Location: Sector 0: Shinra Electric Power Company, The Drum - Level 6
- When you gain control of Tifa, pull the lever to open the shutter door. You'll find a chest on the other side, the item is inside the chest.
- You'll also obtain this item after defeating the boss: Swordipede.

Tempted to use this instead of a Cog Bangle/Supreme Bracer as another materia slot is handy but not sure if it's worth sacrificing the defenses for it.....
